Mise on Scene
Action
Costume- Usually an action movie costumes would be revealing, torn or something similar to show of the actor's physic. The battle worn outfits would be used to show the hardship or conflict they have been put through 
Props- Action movies would usually consist mainly of guns and armed with other weapons. As typical to action movies these weapons of any kind are used to creating interesting action scenes.
Setting- Usually action movies would largely be set outdoors in order to have a freer range for the scenes to take place. Large explosions, car chases ect" suit an out door environment.
Lighting- The typical lighting of action movies would be natural, this is so because the main focus will be on the action so none distracting lighting is suitable.
Stance- Characters will usually stand in a macho, firm, strong stance that's very masculine to show of their presence and strength.
Use of colour- Action would usually use bright sharp colours in order to catch the audience's attention and keep them interested.
Sound- Explosions, gun shots and other loud noses are what action is expected to present to us. This grabs the viewers attention and keeps hold of them.
